Cancellation Policy

Hydrate: Drink a glass of water 15–30 minutes before. Eat light: Avoid heavy meals right before the session. Remove jewelry: Take off metal accessories, watches, and earrings. Wear minimal clothing: You’ll be inside the pod—most go in underwear or a towel. Ideally: Naked but no pressure whatever makes you feel comfortable wearing Avoid lotions/oils on the skin before the session for best ozone absorption. – To keep our environment clean, respectful, and restorative for everyone, please take a moment to review and follow these community standards: 1. Wear clean, proper swimwear. No sweaty gym clothes, long leggings, t-shirts, or baggy outfits in the sauna or plunge. 2. Rinse off before your session. Please shower before entering the sauna, the plunge, and again afterward. For water quality, avoid wearing makeup, lotion, or body oils. 3. Keep accessories minimal. Jewelry and loose items can get lost or interfere with your session—best to leave them out. 4. Towels stay out of the tubs. Let’s keep our water crystal clear for everyone. 5. Limit towel use to 1–2 per visit. Help us conserve water and reduce energy waste. 6. No phones inside the sauna or plunge. AirPods are welcome, but let’s stay present and device-free. 7. Respect everyone’s privacy. Please don’t take photos or videos of others without their consent. 8. Shoes off in recovery zones. Barefoot or clean slides only beyond this point. 9. Take calls elsewhere. Head to the lounge or changing area if you need to step away for a conversation. 10. Be mindful of your volume. We encourage meaningful social connection, but please be aware of your neighbors and keep conversations at a respectful tone and volume - especially inside the sauna.
