LONGEVITY LABS, INC., respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.


Information We Collect

When you use our website and related services, we may collect the following personal information:

  • First and Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Password (encrypted and accessible only to you)

  • Credit/Debit Card Details (processed securely through our accredited third-party payment providers, Xendit and JustPayTo)

We may also collect non-personal information such as browser type, device information, IP address, and website usage data to help us improve our services.


How We Use Your Information

Your pesonal infromation is collected and process for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your account;

  • To process payments securely through our third-party providers;

  • To communicate with you regarding your transactions, inquiries, or updates;

  • To improve our website, services, and user experience; and

  • To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.


Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Your information may only be shared with:

  • Authorized personnel within LONGEVITY LABS, INC.;

  • Our accredited payment partners (Xendit and JustPayTo) strictly for payment processing; and, 

  • Third parties when required by law or lawful order.


Data Retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above or for 3 years from last interaction with us for Site Members or for 5 years from last interaction with us for Regular and Founding Members or upon formal request of deletion from the user.  After this period, any personal data will be securely anonymized for marketing and data analysis and deleted accordingly.


Your Data Privacy Rights

As a data subject, you are entitled to the rights provided under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including:

  • The right to be informed;

  • The right to access;

  • The right to object;

  • The right to rectify or correct your information;

  • The right to erasure or blocking; and

  • The right to withdraw consent.

Security Measures

We implement reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical, and technical measures such as file and data encryption, two factor authentication, strong password policy, third party contracts and agreements, anti-virus and firewall software, and our BYOG (Bring Your Own Gadget) Policy; to protect your personal information against loss, unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure.
