Longevity Labs Inc. – Payment Terms and Conditions

Effective August 12, 2025

By purchasing a membership or any service from Longevity Labs Inc., you agree to the following payment terms and conditions:

1. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via our official payment gateway, Xendit. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods supported by Xendit.

2. Membership and Lock-In Period

All memberships are subject to a minimum three (3) month lock-in period starting from the activation date. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable during the lock-in period.

3. Cancellation Policy

After the 3-month lock-in period, you may request membership cancellation by emailing hello@longevitylabsph.com. Cancellation requests must be received at least 15 days before your next billing date to avoid further charges. Processing time for cancellations is 15-30 business days.

4. Refund Policy

Membership fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases, subject to management approval, and calculated on a pro-rata basis for any unused full months after the lock-in period. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

5. Policy Updates

Longevity Labs Inc. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our official website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
