Year Ender, Life Starter

FOUNDER'S MESSAGE 2025

December is usually a time to slow down, look back, and recover from the year that was.
But for us at Longevity Labs, December marked something different.

It marked a beginning.

We opened our doors on December 1 not as a grand finale to the year, but as a quiet, intentional first step into something we believe deeply in: helping people feel better in their bodies, clearer in their minds, and stronger in their everyday lives.

Longevity Labs isn’t about chasing perfection or pushing limits. It’s about recovery, resilience, and consistency. It’s about giving your body the tools it needs to perform, adapt, and heal—so you can show up better for the things that matter most to you.

We designed Longevity Labs to be more than a wellness facility.

It’s a Third Space—a place between work and home where you can reset, move, recover, and connect. Whether you’re here for contrast therapy, movement, stillness, nourishment, or simply a moment to breathe, you’re welcome here.

And to be clear: you don’t need to be a member to belong.

Just come in. You are welcome here.

One of the most rewarding parts of opening this space has been watching people experience it in their own way. Some come in quietly, focused on recovery. Others come with friends, smiling through the heat and cold. Some stay longer than planned. Some just drop in and leave feeling a little more human—and a lot better.

Those moments remind me why we built this.

To everyone who joined us during our opening weeks—our Founding Members, early visitors, friends, family, and community—thank you.

You didn’t just show up; you helped shape the energy, the culture, and the feeling of this place. Longevity Labs is already better because of you.

And as the year comes to a close, my hope is simple: that Longevity Labs becomes a place you return to—not out of obligation, but because it makes your life better, for longer.

A place where wellness feels sustainable, social, and grounded in real life.

We’re just getting started, and I’m grateful to be building this with you.

Here’s to living stronger, recovering deeper, and feeling better.
Not someday. Not one day. But now.

Thank you and see you at The Lab, your #ThirdSpace,

David Jacob
